“Services” refers to all features offered by VantaEdge, including job placement, mentorship, resume optimization, LinkedIn support, and career resources.
By using the VantaEdge platform, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You further confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you access our services on behalf of an organization or employer, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
VantaEdge provides technology-driven career support solutions designed to help jobseekers, professionals, and businesses. Our services include but are not limited to job placement support, resume and LinkedIn optimization, mentorship programs, and access to upskilling and training resources. While we work diligently to connect jobseekers with employers and professionals with the right resources, VantaEdge does not guarantee employment outcomes, promotions, or career advancement. Our role is to provide tools, opportunities, and connections to facilitate professional growth. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
To access certain features of the VantaEdge platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update this information as needed to maintain its accuracy. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. VantaEdge will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account, and you are required to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
By using the VantaEdge platform, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. Certain services offered by VantaEdge, such as resume revamp packages, mentorship programs, or premium career resources, may require payment. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, and by making a payment you agree to their terms and policies as well. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable. In the case of subscriptions, you agree that recurring charges will be made in accordance with the payment plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time, though fees already paid will not be refunded.
All content, features, and functionalities available on the VantaEdge platform including text, graphics, logos, icons, videos, and software—are the property of VantaEdge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

VantaEdge provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VantaEdge disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, reliance on information provided, or interaction with employers, recruiters, or third parties through our platform.
VantaEdge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or to VantaEdge itself. Termination may result in the loss of access to your account and any associated content.
Any disputes between users and VantaEdge shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law.
Users agree that courts in the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall have jurisdiction over unresolved disputes.
